De Halfgeleider Drie Modules MDS150A van de macht van de Brug van de Gelijkrichter van Fasen
Wij leveren een brede waaier van thyristor module, diodemodule, scr module, machtsmodule, snelle diodemodule, snelle thyristor module. Bridge gelijkrichter, de gelijkrichter van de enige fasebrug, de gelijkrichter van de 3 fasebrug.

Onder 350A modules allen worden gedwongen - luchtkoeling, boven 400A modules, luchtgekoelde en met water gekoelde facultatief
